- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: For fillets of thinly sliced chicken, beef, fish, or turkey: pour the Chef Merito Breading Mix into a dry dish and set it aside. In a separate clean bowl, whisk 1 egg. Take the fillets and immerse them in the beaten egg. Transfer the fillets to the dish with the Chef Merito Breading Mix and coat thoroughly on both sides. Heat oil in a skillet, aiming for about 1 inch of oil depth. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded fillets and fry until they turn golden brown. Serve accordingly. For vegetables: slice them thinly and deep fry until they achieve a golden brown color.
