- HOW TO USE: For thinly cut chicken, beef, fish or Tukey fillets: place contents of Chef Merito Breading Mix in a dry dish. Set aside. In a clean bowl, beat 1 egg. Take the fillets and dip in the beaten egg. Place the fillet on the Chef Merito Breading Mix. Cover well on both sides. Heat oil in the skillet (about 1 inch deep of oil). When hot, place the breaded fillets and fry until golden. Serve. For Veggies: thinly slice and deep fry until golden brown.
