- USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For thinly sliced chicken, beef, fish, or turkey fillets: pour the Chef Merito Breading Mix into a dry dish and set it aside. In a separate clean bowl, whisk one egg. Take the fillets and immerse them in the beaten egg. Then, transfer the fillet to the Chef Merito Breading Mix and ensure it is thoroughly coated on both sides. Heat oil in a skillet until it is approximately 1 inch deep. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded fillets and fry them until they achieve a golden color. Serve warm. For vegetables: slice them thinly and deep fry until golden brown.
